  • Application Phase

    30 October 2025 - 30 January 2026

    Info Sessions
    We will organise Info Sessions (week of 24 November 2025) to better acquaint interested participants with the challenge statements as well as the challenge process. Register for these virtual sessions to understand the scope of the challenge statements and the deliverables expected. More details below:

    Making Your Application
    To make your application:
    1. Select a challenge statement to address. 
    2. Register on the platform. 
    3. Complete the application form. 
    4. Submit a PDF proposal deck including the details mentioned below. 

    Required Details
    1. Details of Applicant 
    2. Executive Summary: In 500 words or less, provide a summary of the solution, technology, and deliverables. This should cover all the outcomes of the project. 
    3. Detailed proposal, including:
      1. Technical feasibility of solution and unique facets;
      2. Effectiveness in addressing the challenge;
      3. Potential benefits to key stakeholders;
      4. Operational feasibility;
      5. Business feasibility;
      6. Capacity and expertise to execute;
      7. Details on POC/MVP if applicable;
      8. Desired deliverables/milestones and outcomes of projects;
      9. Ability to Execute: Provide details of your organisation’s expertise and experience along with a commercialisation plan if applicable.

    You are welcome to tackle multiple challenge statements by creating new participations, should you have more than one solution to submit! The deadline for the submission is on Friday, 30 January 2026 at 11.59pm (GMT+8) .  

    Please note that all the deliverables must be submitted in English.


  • Selection Phase

    2 February 2026 - 17 April 2026

    1. SHORTLISTING 
    The shortlisting of participants will start on Monday, 2 February 2026 and be completed by Friday, 6 March 2026. 

    During this phase, the most innovative solutions will be selected and the list of shortlisted innovators will be announced on the platform by Monday, 9 March 2026.

    Shortlisting criteria
    Innovators will be evaluated according to the following criteria:
    • Technical feasibility of solution and novelty
    • Business feasibility of solution
    • Capacity and expertise to execute projects
    • Clarity & comprehensiveness of proposal and test plans

    2. EVALUATION
    Evaluation will start on Monday, 9 March 2026 and be completed by Friday, 17 April 2026.
     
    During this phase, our demand drivers will organise 1-to-1 sessions with shortlisted participants for further discussion and clarification, via offline calls or through the challenge platform. 
     
    The list of awarded innovators will be announced on the platform by Monday, 20 April 2026  .


  • Demo Day

    Late May, 2026

    Demo Day will take place in late May 2026. It is due to last 3-4 hours. More details will be shared at a later date.
