TIMELINE

  • APPLICATION PHASE

    October 25, 2022 - February 28, 2023

     

    The application phase will run from October 25, 2022 (SGT/GMT+8) and will end on February 28, 2023 at 23:59pm (SGT/GMT+8).

    Criteria for Application

    The criteria for the application phase are as follows:

    1. Register on the platform.
    2. Select a challenge statement to address.
    3. Complete the participation form.
    4. Submit a 5 to 10 slide PDF proposal deck, including the following details:
    • Details of Applicant 
    • Executive Summary: In less than 500 words, provide a summary of the solution, technology and deliverables. This should include the tangible and intangible outcomes of the project.
    • Detailed project proposal, including: 
      • Technical feasibility of solution and unique facets. 
      • Effectiveness in addressing the challenge 
      • Potential benefits 
      • Operational feasibility
      • Business feasibility of solution
      • Capacity and expertise to execute
      • Details on POC/MVP if applicable; Desired deliverables/milestones and outcomes of projects.
    • Ability to Execute: Provide details of your organisation’s expertise and experience along with a commercialisation plan if applicable.

    You are welcome to tackle multiple challenge statements by creating new participations, should you have more than one solution to submit! 

    The deadline for the submission will be on February 28, 2023 at 23:59 [GMT+8]. Please note that all the deliverables must be submitted in English.

  • SELECTION PHASE

    March 1, 2023 - May 10, 2023

     

    1. SHORTLISTING 

    The shortlisting of participants will start on March 1, 2023 and finish by March 28, 2023 [GMT +8.] 


    During this phase, the most innovative solutions will be selected and the list of shortlisted innovators will be announced on the platform by March 29, 2023.

    Shortlisting criteria

    Innovators will be evaluated according to the following criteria:

    • Technical Feasibility of solution and novelty (40%)
    • Business feasibility of solution (30%)
    • Capacity and Expertise to execute projects (20%)
    • Clarity & Comprehensiveness of proposal and test plans (10%)

    Results will be announced on the platform on March 29, 2023.

     

    2. EVALUATION

    Evaluation will start on March 30, 2023 and finish by May 10, 2023.
     

    During this phase, our challenge statement owners will organise 1-to-1 sessions with shortlisted participants for further discussion and clarification, via offline calls or through the challenge platform. 


    The list of awarded Innovators will be announced on the platform by May 11, 2023

  • CLOSING CEREMONY

    Early June of 2023 

     

    The closing ceremony will take place in early June 2023. The ceremony is due to last 3-4 hours. More details will be shared at a later date.

CLOSING CEREMONY

Early June of 2023 

A grouped closing ceremony will be conducted between winning innovators and challenge statement owners.
